What Numen needs

A verified contact, an adult-access pass, your language and broad country eligibility. We store only that you passed the 18+ threshold, not the birth date you entered.

What travels

One message goes to one current recipient. Translation and voice transcription happen in the personal AI chat you choose; Numen does not run that processing or retain a translated copy. Voice keeps its original audio plus a sender-approved transcript. We never create a synthetic version of your voice.

What disappears

Foreign messages dissolve 72 hours after the last exchange. Operational and safety records keep the minimum identifiers required for abuse prevention, appeals and legal duties, under a published retention schedule.

What can stay

Your own originals may remain in your garden until you delete or export them. Another person’s content is not added to your permanent archive.

What World Pulse cannot show

No individual location, live presence, message text or route. Counts are delayed and appear only after a minimum anonymous group size.

Your controls

Export your originals, delete your account, revoke chat connections, block people and report content. Deletion does not erase safety evidence that must be temporarily retained to protect others.
