Report and block immediately hide the content, stop future routing between both accounts and preserve only the evidence needed for the routing record needed to apply that control.

Every enabled country needs a documented legal basis, child-safety review, compatible-host capability, incident owner, appeals path and emergency escalation. Until those checks pass, public routing remains closed.
